Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp almond extract
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp nutmeg
Instructions
Beat eggs in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and whisk well. Pour into a baked pie shell. Cover edges with foil. Bake 20 - 25 minutes at 400 degrees, until a knife into center comes out clean. Cool completely.
